Helping you to self-manage your long term condition


It is an information giving session, but with a face to face element in an informal yet clinical setting. Newquay Health Centre will be hosting a Health and Well-Being  drop in session on Tuesday June 28th 4pm -7pm at The Sandy Lodge Hotel, 6-12 Hilgrove Road, Newquay, TR7 2QY, you are invited  to attend for an informal friendly chat  to find out what is available in your area to help you mange your condition, this is a drop in session no appointments necessary.

Due to NHS England's guidelines all patients have been allocated a named GP. At this practice your named GP would be the GP that you were registered with when  you first joined the practice. This does not prevent you making an appointment or seeing any doctor of your choosing as you would normally do.
