Appointments

docandchildThe majority of our appointments are available to book on the day, the telephone lines open at 8.30am.

We offer a number of pre-bookable appointments throughout the day.

We also offer pre-bookable evening appointments from 6.30pm on Monday to Thursday.  These slots are for ROUTINE appointments only, the surgery closes at 6.00pm therefore there is no pharmacy available at this time.  The front door is locked at this time so please use the intercom.

Telephone consultations

If you feel that your problem can be easily dealt with over the phone, please tell the receptionist.  All of our GPs have telephone appointments and our Nurse Practitioner is available for telephone advice.

Emergencies

If you require urgent medical attention and there are no appointments available you will be able to speak to our Triage Practitioner who will assess your condition over the telephone and book you an emergency slot in surgery if necessary.  We will always fit in urgent cases but please try and contact us as soon as possible.
