We aim to give you an appointment with a doctor on the day of your request, and will always fit in urgent cases. The practice reserves a limited number of appointments that can be pre-booked for another day, but these appointments should not be requested unless absolutely necessary.
A lot of doctor and nurse time is wasted through patients not attending appointments. Please always phone to cancel if you cannot make an appointment.
