We aim to provide the best possible service, which will be achieved by working together. The aim of our charter is to set out what you can expect from us and how you can help us to provide high quality care. For a copy of the charter, please ask  our reception staff.

Zero Tolerance We operate a "Zero Tolerance" policy and any patient who is verbally or physically agressive towards staff or other patients may be removed from the surgery practice list. In the instance of a patient or visitor to the surgery becoming aggressive, the police will be called.
