Repeat Prescriptions

thepillIf you are on regular medication, you will have a computerised repeat prescription slip with instructions on how to order at the bottom.

We do not accept prescription requests over the telephone due to the dangers of misinterpretation leading to errors.

To order your prescription please indicate clearly the items you require and either post the request us or hand in to the surgery.  There is a red post box just inside the front door.

Please allow 48 hours for the prescription to be issued.

Please do not order your prescription until it is due, stock piling of medication is a major problem within the NHS and your prescription will not be issued early without good reason.

If you would like to collect your medication directly from the pharmacy, please let the surgery know your chosen chemist and we will arrange for it to be sent there after signing – please allow extra time for this.

If you require your medication to be delivered to your home this must be arranged directly with your pharmacy.
